POSTAGE

Pick Up In Store

Orders can be collected from our shop, located at 602 Warton Road (C/- Dogswest), Southern River, WA, 6110.

This can be done by selecting the 'pick up' option at checkout and typing a message in the notes section.  We will email you to arrange a time and/or day to collect.

Postage Cost

Alpha Dog GSPS uses a live shipping calculator.  As you add items to your order, an accurate postage calculation will be provided at checkout.

We currently ship via Australia Post only.

Alpha Dog GSPS will not be held liable for loss or damage to packages once they are shipped.  Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

All orders will be delivered without signature requirement, unless selected by purchaser as an option from the checkout process.

Handling Times

Our handling times are 1 - 3 working days (Monday to Friday) for most orders (refer below for custom orders).  If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you ASAP via email.  Australia Post standard delivery times are 4 - 10 days, depending on delivery location.

Custom Orders

For clients ordering custom made products, please allow a further 3-5 days for the item/s to be hand made.  We will notify you of any delays ASAP via email. For large custom orders, we may require more time.  This can be discussed via an email.
