Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

(1) Please read our Retuns Policy prior to returning any items to see if you're eligible to return items

(2) Items must be returned to Alpha Dog GSPS with 7 days of receiving them. Any returns outside the 7 days will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 15% may apply for items returned due to change of mind.  Refunds will not be sent until Alpha Dog GSPS are in receipt of the original item and it has been inspected and approved.

(3) Sanitary items (belly bands, nappies, snoods , whelping supplies etc) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

(4) Items on sale, discounted or short dated are not eligible for refund.

(5) Prior to returning items, you will need to email us (alphadoggsps@gmail.com) with a reason for return, photo of item, order number and copy of the packing slip.  We will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of your email to advise if the item is eligible for return. 

(6) Returned items must be in original sale condition, clean, unworn, unwashed. not marked or stained, must not have any hair or dog odour.  Packaging and labels must not be removed or damaged.  

(7) Refund amounts will be for the item only minus a 15% restocking fee (if applicable).  Refund amounts will not include shipping cost(s). Refund amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.

(8) When returning an item, please forward Alpha Dog GSPS (via email) proof of postage.  Alpha Dog is not liable for packages being returned to us, that go missing or get damaged during transit.

(9) Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed.

(10) Alpha Dog GSPS reserve the right to refuse any returned items if they do not meet our terms.  Alpha Dog GSPS will notify you the return has been rejected and this decision is final.  We can return the item(s) to you at your cost, or we can dispose of them.  You will have 14 days to advise Alpha Dog GSPS to advise which course of action you would like to take.

(11) If an incorrect item has been sent by Alpha Dog GSPS, please advise via email, within 24 hours of receipt of item.  Please also send a photo of the item and a copy of the packing slip or order.  We will be in contact within 48 hours to discuss return, re-supply and/or refund options.

(12) Please make sure to measure your dogs correctly for items like belly bands, nappies, snoods etc.  If you live locally to our store, you are more than welcome to bring your dog in for a fitting or measurement.

 

 

 

 

 

(9) Handmade items may have unique characteristics.  These are not defects or faults.  These characteristics cannot be used as the basis for a refund.
